Xiomi often referred to as Apple of China has Recently launched its Mi4 Flagship in India ,1 year after launching in home country .Xiomi series are just like the iphone in design and its UI is also very similar to apple's ios . Xiomi Mi4 is like the Iphone 5s .It is available in India only through Flipkart.com

Design

Xiomi Mi4 can be called a copy made out my combining iphone 4 and 5s with metal chassis fronted by Gorilla Glass glass screen and backed with Plastic rear Panel. If u see the device from far it would look like an iphone 5s. Like iphone mi4 also have speaker at the bottom with usb port . If u keep the iphone thing aside the build quality is very good . This kind of good looking and with good built quality android phones are not found other than the htc's phones .

Display

Xiomi Mi4 has a 5 inch HD IPS display . It has a full hd 1080x1920 pixel Resolution . Display has great viewing angle and outdoor visibility under sunlight is also legible. Colour reproduction is very good and it surely is premium kind of display .Overall the display is excellent better than that of OnePlus One

Hardware

Xiomi Mi 4 comes with some solid specs with Snapdragon 801 Chipset under the hood clocked at 2.5GHz . It has 3 GB RAM which makes the phone really fast . It comes in two variant one with 16 GB and other with 64 GB . No MicroSD card which means you can get only 16 or 64 GB storage which is a disappointment . The Phones come in only 3G variant India . That is where mi4 can fall short to OnePlus One .Overall the performance is excellent . The snapdragon 801 and 3 GB RAM makes the phone incredibly fast and lag free. Xiomi MI4 has a massive 3080 mAh Battery . It can easily last for around 2 days with some good amount of usage 

It Comes with Adreno 330 GPU. Which means graphics are awesome .

Operating System

Xiomi mi4 comes with its own custom UI on Android Kitkat . MIUI 6 (me-you eye) is highly tweaked version of Android Kitkat . As we know MIUI is very much similar to IOS (apple operating system ) with no app drawer and more similar features. MIUI 6 is buttery smooth and lag free on MI4 .Android users would find some hard timing getting use to the MIUI. but if someone doesn't like the MIUI he can always install the 3rd party launchers like goggle now launcher etc 

MIUI is very Fast  and Fluid just like stock android on Nexus 5 

Camera

Xiomi MI4 has a Sony made 13MP rear camera having  a f/1.8 aperture . It is also capable of recording 4k videos .Overall the camera is good and will surely impress you . Pictures are very good . MI4 has a 8 MP front camera again made by Sony having a f/1.8 aperture and 80 degree wide angle lens. The camera comes with great features like while clicking selfies camera can tell the age and size of the object . Camera UI comes with many on the go filter for capturing great photos . For Selfie lovers this phone is awesome 

Verdict

Xiomi Mi 4 is one of the best mid range phones out there with excellent build quality and specs .It has a great display and a pretty decent camera and of course a big battery . MI4 disappoints Indian users with not launching 4G variant .Xiomi Mi4 faces very tough competition from OnePlus One and HTC Desire 820 .The phone is available only on Flipkart.com through flash sales. MI4 is a value for Money Devi
